The boys are officially out of their divided crate in the bedroom off of the kitchen and are now in their new big boy puppy pen in the kitchen. With the divided crate, they learned which end was for sleeping and where to go potty, or as we say "fait pee pee". They learn this really fast. They aren't always perfect at first but when started at 3 weeks of age, by the time they are 5 weeks old they know where to go. This is wonderful. Later they will transition to outside.
When they were out playing in the kitchen one actually made it back into the pen to find the litter box. He got a lot of praise for that. It is a very smart breed. They have also learned how to drink out of the Lixit bottle. Curious, they bumped their nose on it and licked it.
I took some photos of them over the last couple of days. They are all having bad hair days because they need to have their first bath. Probably will happen this week-end and they will be more fluffy.
They move into different places depending on what I'm doing. Daytime in the kitchen in and out of the puppy pen and also on the deck; Evening in the living room, and night time upstairs for sleeping. They have been a very quiet litter, just making playing noises when they tackle each other.
